Instructions to the Authors
Please, submit your paper using Microsoft Word (Word 97-2003 Document (*.doc)), following the formatting specified below:
General guidelines
All papers should be presented following the instruction given below: Papers should include
Title of the paper (Times New Roman, 12 pt, bold, center alignment)
The authors names and last names with a line spacing from the title of the article (Times New Roman, 10 pt, bold, center alignment), The presenting author should be identified by inserting a line below it and the corresponding author should be marked with an asterisk (*) above the name
Affiliations of the authors with a line spacing from the names (Times New Roman,10 pt, center alignment)
E-mail, fax and Tel. No. of the corresponding author,
Abstract, maximum of 200 words including aim, method and research results (Times New Roman, 11 pt, Justified)
Keywords, maximum of 4 words with one line spacing and in alphabetical order (Times New Roman, 11 pt)
The text of the article should be written with one line spacing from the abstract and keywords, should not contain any page number, header or footer, and should include the following sections:
Introduction (Includes: problem design, importance and research background)
Materials and Methods (Description of the test steps (s), along with the statistical analysis)
Results and Discussions (Includes a summary of the obtained results, their interpretation and practical applications)
Conclusion
Acknowledgements
References: maximum of 5 main references (Times New Roman, 10 pt) should be used at the end of the article in alphabetical order and as follows:
a) Scientific journals
Enter the last name and then the first letter of the author/s first name, the date of publication, the title of the article, the abbreviated or full title of the journal, the volume number, and the number of the first and last page of the article.

General text requirements
All papers must be free of grammatical, spelling and/or punctuation errors. Please make sure your paper is thoroughly edited and proof read before submission.
1. General Paper Specifications:
o Paper size: A4
o Orientation: Portrait
2. Page layout
o Margins: 2.5 cm from each side
3. Text & Paragraph Formatting:
o The text should be in single-column format
o Text Font: Times New Roman
o Line Spacing: Single
o Size: 11 point (regular)
o Leave a hard return after each paragraph.
4. Headings
o All headings use a separate line.
o Main Title: The main titles should be written one line away from the previous part.
Size 11 point, boldface type
5. Tables
o Tables should be numbered and ready to be printed, as close as possible to the first
place referred to in any table, with one line spacing from the top and bottom relative
to the original text.
o Place table titles above the table
o Text font: Times New Roman
o Size: 9 point
6. Figures/Charts
o Figures/Charts should be numbered and ready to be printed, as close as possible to the
first place referred to in any figure/Chart, with one line spacing from the top and
bottom relative to the original text.
o The titles of the figures, images and charts should be as clear as possible so that their
content can be understood without having to read the text.
o Figure titles should be below the figure
o Text font: Times New Roman
o Size: 9 point
7. Equations
o Use the Equation Editor and insert it to the left of the text.
8. Maximum length of the papers: The total number of pages of the article should not exceed 5 pages.
Deadline for submission of papers
Papers must be submitted not later than May 21nd 2021. The online submission system will be closed after midnight of May 21nd (local time +3:30 GMT).
Submission of Articles
To submit a paper, you first need to register on the congress website at http://9thiwsc.areeo.ac.ir/ , and after receiving your username and password, log in and
then submit your paper.
When submitting a paper to the congress website, make sure that the author’s information is
recorded and that the paper file is uploaded correctly (by downloading and opening it on the paper information screen).
The submitted paper must be complete and flawless, so that it is ready for publication. Writing and spelling problems, like scientific and technical flaws, affect the arbitration, and the scientific secretariat of the congress has no responsibility for any possible flaws.
The submitted papers will be reviewed by the congress scientific committee and the results will be announced through the congress website.
Acceptance of all articles will be in the form of posters and only key articles will be presented in oral form.
